If your app has trouble loading or signing in (ie stuck with the 2 crescent’s in the Hubble logo spinning). This can happen after an update to the app or the operating system and some security settings have changed or after you change your account password.
I have not had any clients contact me about this but it has happened to my own device.
What to do:
- For Android:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Hubble Cloudlink > Storage and clear data and cache
- For iOS:
- Go to Settings > General > Hubble Cloudlink and click Delete App and then reinstall it from the App Store
