When it comes to a Cloudlink being offline, there is one of two reasons it is not connecting.
Either the Wi-Fi password has been entered incorrectly, or the router is placed too far from the Cloudlink device.
The Cloudlink will need to be reconfigured. This will ensure that your device will come online and the WIFI password will need to be r-entered correctly.
Alternatively, you will need to move your router closer to the setup. The system will also need a reboot.
This will ensure that your Cloudlink device is back.
