Unpredictable cell voltages could indicate a loose connection

Hi all, please be on the lookout for batteries that have a cell voltage graph where one of the cell voltage readings seem unpredictable or exaggerated. This is when the BMS cell measurement / cell balance wires has come loose. It is typically on the first or the last cell where there is a bolt and lug that have come loose.

By unpredictable I mean that it is not just following the same profile as the rest of the pack, it may go below or higher than the rest of the pack at unpredictable moments. Often it is not that unpredictable, it is in line with the current flowing in and out but since it’s not graphed with the cell voltage you may not notice it.
