The Sunsynk and our Hubble AM series batteries are a great combination.
However, the software between the Sunsynk and AM2 are out of sync on various sites.
we have had issues that involve the SOC not charging passed 70% as well as 80%.
In some cases, the inverter will not even show communications.
This is not due to a faulty battery; it is simply the mismatch in software between the two devices.
Our solution to this issue would be to put a Cloudlink in place. You will get full coms between the battery and inverter.
The Cloudlink is a remote monitoring device that has many perks, and it will only benefit you as a whole by putting this in place of your system.
