o There is not firmware fix for this, it is NORMAL.
o A cloudlink will “fix this” but its not a valid reason to get a free cloudlink
o For the device to reach 100% SOC the device needs to maintain a charge of 53.8 v for example on an am2 for up to 5 minutes without any deviation of charge current. i.e the unit needs to hold the charge for 5 minutes wihtout fluctuating from 53.6v
