This is normal behaviour by design. Your batteries do reach 100% but then settle and rest at 99%. Our BMS reads 100Ah as 100 000mAh, if even 1mAh is taken out the battery, i.e. the batteries capacity is sitting at 99 999mAh the BMS will report 99% and not 99,99%, the BMS rounds the percentage down. Our BMS also will not reengage the charger until the battery drops below 98% to prevent constant micro cycling.
