Am-10 Rev1 & Rev2 not working in parallel

Kindly note that it can be resolved by doing a firmware update on only the Newer AM10 battery. 

  1. Please note that we do not send the AM10 firmware's to installers or end-users, due to the fact that there are 3 versions of software which have different functionalities ( e.g. there is an update for paralleling the older model with the newer model). The reason why we do not send out this firmware is many installers/end-users install the incorrect firmware on the units and this causes the unit to not operate optimally. 
  2. I can assist you remotely via Anydesk. I would just need you to have the following with you for me to proceed with the update: A Windows PC ( Windows 10 or later) and a Hubble RS232 to USB cable. Please note that you will need to install Anydesk on the PC and be connected to the internet. 
  3.  Regarding the configuration of the dipswitches, please ensure that they are set according to the instructions specified in the corresponding manual for each revision.
