Kindly note that it can be resolved by doing a firmware update on only the Newer AM10 battery.
- Please note that we do not send the AM10 firmware's to installers or end-users, due to the fact that there are 3 versions of software which have different functionalities ( e.g. there is an update for paralleling the older model with the newer model). The reason why we do not send out this firmware is many installers/end-users install the incorrect firmware on the units and this causes the unit to not operate optimally.
- I can assist you remotely via Anydesk. I would just need you to have the following with you for me to proceed with the update: A Windows PC ( Windows 10 or later) and a Hubble RS232 to USB cable. Please note that you will need to install Anydesk on the PC and be connected to the internet.
- Regarding the configuration of the dipswitches, please ensure that they are set according to the instructions specified in the corresponding manual for each revision.
