Booking a battery in for repairs

When it comes to booking a battery in, we have a very simple procedure that values our client's time and effort.


Before the battery is booked in, we like to ensure that the tech support team has done all that we can on our side to try to rectify a problem remotely.

Always make sure that you have phoned a tech support agent to confirm that the battery needs to be booked in.

Please fill out the RMA form in order to have a better understnading of a battery current installation.

Once a battery is received, a job card will be created with your unique serial number, You will be notified via SMS or telephonically throughout the progress of your repair, the job card has a barcode that you can scan to keep up with the progress of your repair. 

The unit's usual assessment time will take place between 2-5 days.  

Once your battery is collected; you will be given a workshop report to let you know the details of your repair.
