SOC and voltage not matching.

When the voltage is not matching your SOC, e.g.,89% at 45V. This information is false and can be resolved very quickly.

If you go into remote console, then proceed to device settings there's an option to reset battery parameters.

You click on that option, and it should update the info shown on your portal.
